Brad was instrumental in the establishing the presence of the Earth  Assistance Foundation in Tanzania where he currently resides as administrator and representative of The Earth Assistance Foundation. He has continuously worked with humanitarian projects for 45 years in Asia, Australia and Africa where he has established schools, clinics, National Parks and many programs related to sustainable and appropriate development, environment protection and community development. During this time he has been engrossed in the study of social and religious philosophy on which he has lectured widely.

Born in Moshe, Tanzania Peter educated himself up to form 4 secondary School  and is a qualified electrical technician. He now owns and manages a fleet of vehicles used as taxis, safaris and other transport. He is a member of the board of Lemara Secondary School. His in depth knowledge of the Arusha and Moshe regions is of great value to the Foundation.

Born in Tabora Ben is a certified Public accountant having studied  at the prestigious Strathmore University, Nairobi. He has worked as chief accountant for leading safari companies and NGO's. He has assisted many Community Development and humanitarian organisations of which this Foundation is fortunate to be one.

Ali   Hasani

Ali Hasani

Manager of Works
Arusha, Tanzania

Born in Tanga, Tanzania Ali Hasani completed primary school and moved to Arusha where he began work as a gardener in a large housing complex. He then went in to partnership with an Arusha builder working on many buildings in the Arusha region. In 2004 he was contracted to do landscaping work for this foundation and performed so well he was asked to join the permanent staff. Ali now supervises all building work and makes an important contribution to the Tanzanian Board.

Born in Madagascar and now living in Arusha Tanzania Mir belongs to the much respected  Remtula Pirbhai family. He is the proprietor of JR Electonics Ltd, a computer retailer in Arusha. He is the founder of JR Acharya College for IT instruction www.jracharya.org  and board member of Jaffery Academy, www.jafferyaca.org one of Arusha' s English medium, private schools.

Lara is an honours graduate in international law and is continuing her studies in development economics, She worked on humanitarian projects in Nepal, Rwanda, Egypt, Bosnia/Herzegovina and the UK, where she gained much experience in non-profit management. Lara administers the Foundation work in Tanzania and is the liaison between the Governing board and the International Board of Advisors.

Primary School Head Teacher
Mbaaseny, Tanzania

Born in the small village of Haydarer in Mbulu District, Maganga Lorry was able to save enough from his small farm to pay his way through teachers college. He rapidly proved his dedication to the profession and after three years was appointed head teacher of Mbaaseny Primary School where he has become known for his competent management of the school and high academic results from his students.
